One of the rooms had unclean sheets. The plowing was not at convenient times and we had to shovel our way out in the mornings after snow. The "cable" was a non box cable meaning only a few channels. Not all tvs had the cable so they were not useful. The main issue was the rodent droppings in the sheets in one of the bedrooms and large cobwebs by the front door.
